Referring to his composition Inner Voices, Uroš Rojko wrote: “The beauty and transcendental dimensions of art represent an immeasurable wealth of mankind. Right now, however, as we witness the horrors of Ukraine, it is hard to imagine a bigger gap between art and reality, which has ‘transplanted’ humanity back to the dark past. Taking refuge in our inner selves may serve as an emergency exit; at least for a few moments, when we can listen to our inner voices.”
