Mastercard, the general sponsor of the Golden Subscription Series, offers Mastercard cardholders a discounted price on the Golden Subscription Series season tickets or individual concert tickets for the 2026/27 season. The discount applies to regular ticket prices only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

Eligibility for the Discount

The discounted ticket or subscription price is available exclusively to customers paying with a valid Mastercard payment card (credit or debit) issued by an authorized card issuer.

How to Redeem the Discount

The discount is automatically applied when Mastercard is selected as the payment method during the purchase process, whether online or in person. The discount cannot be applied retroactively after purchase completion.

Restrictions and Availability

The offer applies to a limited number of tickets and season subscriptions and is valid while supplies last. Cankarjev dom reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Non-Combination of Discounts

The Mastercard discount cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, vouchers, discounts, or reduced-price offers.

Returns and Complaints

In the event of a return or cancellation, only the actual amount paid (i.e., the discounted purchase price) will be refunded. Any additional benefits or differences between the discounted and regular ticket prices are non-refundable.

Misuse

In cases of suspected misuse (including the use of an invalid card or unauthorized use of a third party’s card), Cankarjev dom reserves the right to cancel the purchase without liability.

Data Protection

Payment data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the security standards of payment service providers. Cankarjev dom does not store sensitive payment card data.

Final Provisions

By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana.
