Instructions for online ticket purchase
In order to purchase tickets online you need to log in by entering your e-mail address and password, specified when the account has been registered. Registration is free of charge. You only need to register before your first purchase.
Step 1 – Choose your seat
When you have selected the event, click 'Select tickets’. Clicking the ‘Select’ button will take you to the ticket select screen for the chosen performance. Select a seat from the plan by clicking it (selected tickets are marked blue).
Once you have made your choice, select method of payment and click the ‘Go to checkout/Buy’ button.
Step 2 – Enter your details
After choosing your method of payment, you will be automatically redirected to the payment screen. Please enter the required details.
If paying by credit card, please add your card number, security code (last three digits in the signature strip on the back of your card) and expiration date details. Click ‘Save and continue’. A successful transaction will take you to the next screen.
If paying by eMoneta you will be redirected to the page of the external payment system. Follow the instructions. A successful transaction will take you to the next screen.
If paying by Ivanka, enter the card number and PIN code.
If you have chosen another method of payment, you will be redirected to the next step.
Payment order must be settled within 24 hours from confirming your order; your order will be displayed on the My Account/My Orders screen within 48 hours.
Step 3 – Confirm your order
If you have not yet signed in, your will be requested to do so now. If this is your first purchase on this website, you can register here or by clicking the link below the sign-in form.
You still have a chance to review and confirm your order in the next step (selected tickets, price range, method of payment).
When you are ready to go through with the purchase, click 'Confirm & Pay’.
Step 4 – Ticket
Your booking is completed. Print the print@home ticket or, alternatively, you can choose a mobile ticket that will be scanned from your android device (passbook, wallet…) or Smartphone at the venue.

If the browser submits a report about an error during the purchase process, or other problems arise, the buyer should check the status of his orders on the ‘My Orders’ screen before re-starting the process.

To enter a venue with discounted tickets (younger than 25, older than 65 and pensioners, marked with an asterisk*) you must provide a valid personal identity or pensioner card.
