Kosovel Hall

The newly refurbished venue provides a flexible area for concerts, dance and theatre performances, film screenings, literary events, lectures, conventions, presentations and corporate events.

The Hall has been named after Srečko Kosovel (1904–1926), the Slovenian Rimbaud, a poet of the Karst region, critic and publicist. Apart from poetry books for adults (The Golden Boat, Ecstasy of Death, Integrals, etc.) Kosovel also wrote children’s poems (Naša bela mačica, Deček in sonce, etc.).
