Cellist Jean-Guihen Queyras and conductor Duncan Ward are close artistic collaborators who belong to a circle of broad-minded, versatile and excellent musicians. Both artists have achieved exceptional success in concert performances with the world’s best orchestras, and they are equally respected in the fields of classical and contemporary music. At the present concert, we will have an opportunity to hear some of the best works from the treasure trove of Slovenian, Czech and English music.
