The present-day world offers a myriad of possibilities, granting desires, accommodating aspirations towards success and achievement, but it is also a world of shadows, growing despair, numbness and vacuity. Most of us are mentally sane but this doesn’t mean that we are satisfied, fulfilled or happy. Everyday reality often makes us lose touch with ourselves, our self-awareness, our life’s goals, our needs.
The presentation will aim to offer some solutions for leading a full, present and genuine life. The key element in this endeavour is the power of mindfulness, which can importantly contribute to good mental health and is a prerequisite to change, personal growth and development.
