22nd Festival of the Third Age

The Festival for the Third Age is the largest event for the elderly in Europe. The first Festival for the third stage of life was created on the occasion of the International Year of the Elderly (1999) at the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and was held under the patronage of the then President of the country. In 2023, it celebrates the 22nd anniversary of its existence. We believe that in 2023 we will be able to hold the 22nd F3ŽO in top form, and in this way also celebrate the International Day of the Elderly, which is celebrated every year on October 1.
V okviru festivala bo v letošnjem letu potekalo 10 strokovnih razprav, 80 izobraževalnih dogodkov ter več kot 120 kulturnih dogodkov v okviru kulturnega programa. Na festival pa vsako leto potekajo tudi različne predstavitve na kar 160 razstavnih prostorih.
