My Account on Cankarjev dom’s website enables direct online access to VOD (video on demand) events available via access codes.
Watch live events, exclusive premieres of concerts, performances, lectures... Live events are available to view on a specific date and time, and some premieres are available for a longer period of time. A selection of events will be available on demand throughout the season, so users can decide for themselves when and where to watch the event, a performance, screening or concert, and how many breaks to take.

Cankarjev dom streams payable VOD events (concerts, performance films, lectures...) directly on its website www.cd-cc.si, i.e., webstore Events (cd-cc.si).
Before using VOD for the first time
If you are not a logged-in user yet, please register by following this link and create your own user account, My Cankarjev dom Account.
What is My Account on Cankarjev dom’s website?
The “My Account” page lists the information for the currently logged-in user; all orders, tickets, pre-paid cards, gift vouchers, subscriptions and membership cards. This is where you also edit your information and change passwords.
How do I buy an access code for an online event?
Buy a VOD access code on CD’s website Events (cd-cc.si). There’s a BUY button next to each event. If you haven't already, log in to Cankarjev dom’s webstore, add selected events (or subscription series) to your cart, and make a payment using the selected payment method.
How do I watch the selected event?
After confirming your order on Cankarjev dom’s website, the selected online event will appear in your cart and in the My Orders tab from where it will stream at the announced time. At the announced start of the event, a window will appear with a recording or a live stream. Activate it by clicking the Play button. The My Orders tab of the My Account module will display your order history of VOD events.
When can I watch an online event?
You can watch a virtual event at any time in its given timeframe (in case of films or pre-recorded events) specified on our website. In case of live events, viewing is only available during live streaming (unless otherwise specified).
Can I watch virtual events from other countries?
Most films are available only in Slovenia (Slovenian IP address), while some performances and concerts can also be watched from abroad. Conditions applying to viewing events from abroad are specified next to each online event.
Do films have subtitles?
All films have Slovenian subtitles. When a film starts, you activate the available subtitles on the right side of the player by clicking the CC button.
From which devices can I watch online events?
You can watch movies from: PC, laptop, tablet, Smart TV or mobile device via Web and Mobile Browser. If you don’t own a Smart TV, you can connect your PC/phone to your TV with an HDMI interface.
How can I connect my computer to a TV?
There are several ways to connect a TV tuner to your PC:
• Via HDMI interface
• HDMI connector is currently your best option; HDMI interface produces high-definition video and also supports audio; for a hassle-free experience, use this interface with a newer version of TV and PC
• Wireless – on modern devices such as: AppleTV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV stick (they contain all the Wizards that enable easy connection of a device to TV, provided that your PC supports them)
Can I buy a VOD access code as a gift?
Certainly, you can do so by buying a virtual gift voucher. To watch an event, the donee has to register by creating My Account on Cankarjev dom’s website.

Can I change a VOD access code after purchase, or claim a refund?
VOD access codes are non-refundable and cannot be altered. No refunds are made on the unused codes. Refunds will be issued in the event of a proven technical error in video streaming as a result of the operation of the organizer.
