The violinists are Alexander Janiczek, an artist of great intellectual and musical breadth, and Tanja Sonc, a highly sought-after musician who has already attained international distinction.
Ettore Causa, an accomplished Italian-born violist is considered one of the most brilliant viola soloists and a much sought-after chamber partner. For the past several years he has lived between Copenhagen and New York, where he is on the faculty of the prestigious Yale School of Music. Finnish-born Timo Veikko Valve is Principal Cello of the Australian Chamber Orchestra, and one of the most versatile musicians of his generation performing as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral leader on both modern and period instruments. Internationally recognised Slovenian double bass player Iztok Hrastnik has been member of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra for a number of years.
