Cankarjev dom closed

In compliance with the decree issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Slovenia, Cankarjev dom has cancelled all events until further notice.
Information on postponed events or refunds will be provided after the state of emergency has ended.

Ticket return

In compliance with the decree issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Slovenia (as of 9 March) prohibiting indoor public events with an attendance over 100 due to heightened risk of Coronavirus spread, Cankarjev dom has cancelled or postponed all events (except for exhibitions) until further notice.
Cankarjev dom is making every effort to find new dates for the postponed events in agreement with the artists and performers. In view of the fact that the decree shall be in force for an indefinite length of time, the heightened risk of Coronavirus spread, and other factors involved in global epidemic situation, Cankarjev dom will be forced to cancel certain events.

Information on postponed or cancelled events will be provided promptly or after the decree prohibiting indoor public events has been revoked.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of CD Ticket Sale and the Consumer Protection Act buyers of tickets for cancelled or postponed events will be issued a refund as follows: 

Tickets for postponed events at Cankarjev dom
Cankarjev dom is making every effort to find new dates for the postponed events. No ticket exchange is necessary for the new event dates. Ticket holders who do not wish to attend the postponed event will be issued a credit note in the amount of the admission price valid for 12 months from the date and time of issue or paid a refund.
Refund or credit note can be claimed no later than one workday before the date of the postponed event.
Cankarjev dom will issue a credit note or pay a refund within 14 days from the receipt of the claim. The claim must include an e-ticket, photographed or scanned ticket and required data for the deposit into the ticket holder's current account.

Tickets for cancelled events at Cankarjev dom
Holders of tickets for cancelled events will be issued a credit note in the amount of the admission price valid for 12 months from the date and time of issue or paid a refund. Exchanges for any other event at Cankarjev dom are also possible. Information on cancelled events will be provided promptly or after the decree prohibiting indoor public events has been revoked.
Refund or credit note can be claimed up to 12 months after cancellation of event.
Cankarjev dom will issue a credit note or pay a refund within 14 days from the receipt of claim. The claim must include an e-ticket, photographed or scanned ticket and required data for the deposit into the ticket holder's current account.

Tickets for events at Cankarjev dom bought at other points of sale
Cankarjev dom will issue refunds and credit notes also for tickets bought for Cankarjev dom events at other points of sale within 14 days from the receipt of claim. The claim must include e-ticket, photograph or scanned ticket and required data for the deposit into the ticket holder's current account.

Tickets bought at Cankarjev dom for events at other venues
Holders of tickets bought at Cankarjev dom for events not organised by Cankarjev dom and taking place at venues other than Cankarjev dom are requested to address their refund claims to info@mojekarte.si.

5 % discount on online ticket purchase for selected events at www.cd-cc.si (all seat categories). You can gain entry to an auditorium with a print-at-home ticket, or a mobile ticket that can be scanned from your android device (passbook, wallet …) or Smartphone at the venue.

Online purchase, instructions
The My account / My purchases box allows users to check their purchases and print tickets. 
To enter a venue with discounted tickets (younger than 25, older than 65 and pensioners, marked with an asterisk*) you must provide a valid personal identity or pensioner card.
Purchase assistance: workdays between 1.00 and 13.00 at the CD Box Office (Maxi underpass).

Ticket exchange
In exceptional circumstances, exchanges can be made to tickets within the same price band no later than one working day prior to the performance between 11.00 and 13.00 at the CD Box Office (Maxi underpass). Exchanges are subject to a EUR 2-fee per ticket.

Ticket purchase by phone
Holders of NLB, Eurocard, Visa, American Express and Diners credit cards can also purchase tickets by dialling 01 24 17 300 one day before an event at the latest, every workday between 10.00 and 15.00.

You can collect your tickets in person by providing your credit card at the CD Box Office up to one hour before the event.
