Cancellation of the event
In the event of cancellation, tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to any other CD event or refunded within a month following the date of the cancelled event. Tickets are also required for admission-free events. Children must have their own tickets. Tickets should be collected at least half an hour before an event.
Discounts
Please note that discounts are not granted for tickets purchased via the internet or at points of sale other than CD. The discounts are available for payment at the CD Information Centre and when buying with payment cards by telephoning +386 (0)1 24 17 300.
Discounts for subscription series are listed in the subscription series programme guides and on the web (subscription series).
For certain events CD grants discounts for group or family visits as is published for individual events.
For certain events CD grants discounts of up to 50 % for spectators younger than 25 and seniors 65 +.
Subscribers to the Golden, Silver, Blue and Orange Subscription series and RTV Slovenia Symphonic Orchestra subscription series are entitled to a 50% discount to CD Gallery admission during breaks.
Admission to exhibitions in the Small Gallery and First Foyer (prvo preddverje)is normally free of charge.
Tickets for free events
We strongly advise obtaining also.
Staff is obliged to observe the CD safety regulations, which strictly prohibit admission of more visitors that there are seats, and will not admit patrons without a ticket.

The Berlitz Club members
The Berlitz Club members are entitled to a 5% discount for some events upon presentation of their membership card.
General information
Ticket Sales start each first Monday of the month after the monthly calendar of events has been published in Delo daily.
CD Information Centre (Maximarket passageway), where tickets are available for purchase, is open every workday from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 11.00 to 13.00 and one hour prior to an event.
Tickets cannot be booked.
Please note that purchased tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
A ticket is also required for events which are free of charge. The only exception are events with free admission.
Children need to have their own tickets. We do not allow children sitting on parents' laps.
There is no standing area in Cankarjev dom.
It is advisable to remember the number of your seat when buying the ticket. In case you lose or mislay the ticket we will thus be able to assist you.
If you find a ticket that somebody has lost please give it to the security service, CD Information Office or an usher.
